Amy Campion holds and Master of Fine Arts degree from UCLA’s Department of World Arts and Cultures and a BA in dance from the University of Washington. She has taught workshops and classes to a wide range of ages and skill levels from enthusiastic 7 year-olds at the Boys and Girls Club to serious-minded college students at UCLA and Cerritos College. Campion teaches hip hop, Capoeira, breakdancing, and choreography and has led performance and art activism projects at UCLA, Heartbeat House, the Echo Park Boys & Girls Club, and the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking. Currently, she teaches hip hop at Cerritos College.
